Renée Barnstone leads and scales Advantage's financial, administrative, and infrastructure operations to support its growth. Although recently moved from Silicon Valley to Charleston, she has roots in the northeast and 20 years in the southeast. Renée is a licensed CPA and holds an undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Renée Barnstone's Bio

Renée brings over 30 years of executive leadership and advisory experience across middle-market and early-stage companies. Her global experience as a CFO and COO spans Media, Technology, and Services, with expertise in M&A, team development, and successful exits. She frequently speaks on Strategy Development and has taught courses on Entrepreneurship and Business Planning.

Renée has served on various for-profit and non-profit boards, focusing her philanthropic efforts on children’s welfare and the unhoused. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, travel, music, and hiking. While she hasn’t authored any books yet, it may be in her future.
