Darryl is dedicated to improving the agency’s organizational efficiency, consistently seeking ways to streamline project execution and save time for both clients and team members. With a background as a Project Manager during his early tenure at Advantage, he brings valuable insights to his team, offering feedback and guidance during weekly one-on-ones to address any ongoing project challenges.

Involved in the recruitment process, Darryl plays a key role in top-grading candidates and onboarding new hires, always focused on bringing driven, organized individuals to the team. He manages a team of six and serves as the Institute WorkFront administrator, addressing team member inquiries about project management software. Though passionate about theatre and the arts, Darryl’s marketing career began when he secured a competitive role with South Carolina Federal Credit Union, leading to a four-year tenure and later a shift to Marketing Strategist at Palmetto Goodwill. Since joining Advantage as a Project Manager, he has continued to thrive in his leadership role.
