Once finalized, Ben oversees the external sourcing of candidates, manages applications, and conducts thorough reference and background checks. By establishing efficient systems, Ben ensures the recruitment process is smooth and polished for all involved.

Before joining Advantage Media, Ben spent 15 years at Krispy Kreme in HR and operations roles, handling recruitment and leadership development. His expertise covers a broad range of areas, including employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and leadership development.
